Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility: You can return most items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
1.2 Exclusions: Some items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Perishable goods or items with limited shelf life
1.3 Return Process: To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at support@e-combazaar.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include the RMA number and a copy of your order receipt inside the package.
- Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Refunds
2.1 Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
2.2 Refund Amount: Your refund will include the cost of the item minus any original shipping charges. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will also refund the return shipping costs.
2.3 Partial Refunds: If only part of your order is returned, we will only refund the cost of the returned items. Shipping fees and any discounts applied to the original order will not be adjusted.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
4.1 Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at support@e-combazaar.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damage or defect and your order number.
4.2 Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or refund for damaged or defective items at no additional cost to you.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are processed for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can return the item following our standard return policy.
